Costumer service

Costumer service is not good , order 4 shirts at check out i did not notice that the 40% discount was not applied to my order , I placed the order by mistake after that I email Costumer service explaining they told me the system had a problem that day and the automatic discount was not working , I ask for the % off back in my card , he told me the manager was on maternity leave , after 2 weeks of waiting the ship the items , I contact them back asking for the refund of 40% , the guy told me he was giving me 5 dollar coupon for next purchase .ppl if you order from here make sure everything is in order ..they would not help you or refund you back
